How do I create an account?
Open the Register page, choose a username, a password and a 4-digit second password, and enter your email. Then download the game and log in.
How do I install the game from Steam?
Open the Iris: The World page on Steam, add the game to your library and press Install. Launch it from Steam when the download finishes.
I forgot my password
Contact us on Discord with your username and the email you registered with, and the team will help you recover your account.
The game won't start
Run Steam as a normal user (not as administrator), then right-click the game in your Steam library, open Properties → Installed Files and choose "Verify integrity of game files".
How do I report a bug?
Report it on our Discord. Describe what happened, where in the game, and include a screenshot if you can.
